If you're a tourist who would like to see kangaroos in their natural habitat, this is the place to visit (late afternoon and early evening is best). A peaceful park by the lake with lovely views of Canberra. Lots of space for families, functions, barbecues, etc. Children are also well catered for with a unique water playground.

Very great place to be for half a day.. Viewing kangaroos at close range was a great experience. Nice play area for kids...
